CI 108: Project Management

Project management is the art of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve a specific aim. One of the main goals is to achieve the objectives while still working within constraints like the scope, time lines and budget. A project can range from something small, such as implementing a new procedure on a unit, to those of a large scale such as the implementation of an electronic medical records system across an enterprise. In this lesson we’ll cover everything from the initiating process, where we determine the nature and scope of the project, to the post implementation review after the project is completed.

This online presentation includes audio, demonstrations, instructional methods, and examples.
