Sep 2, 2018

Health Sciences students and faculty needed for
1/2-day shifts September 20–23, 2018.

This September 20–23, the UW Center for Health Sciences Interprofessional Education, Research & Practice is partnering with The Seattle King County Clinic to pilot an interprofessional community engagement opportunity for health sciences students and IPE faculty. Small groups of interprofessional students and faculty advisors will attend the Seattle/King County Clinic, a free four day medical, dental and vision clinic for the underserved that will be held at Key Arena. Interprofessional student teams will engage with patients who wish to share their stories about health and access to care. Bilingual students and faculty are strongly encouraged to volunteer. Half-day shifts are available.

If you are interested in volunteering, please email Rachal Lazzar at rlazzar@uw.edu to sign-up or for more info!
