Welcome to the Interprofessional Preceptor Training Module on Preparing for a Successful Clinical Learning Experience. Preparing for a learner in the clinic is critical for ensuring a productive and positive learning experience. This module is divided into four units. The first will introduce strategies for creating a welcoming learning environment, the second will address interprofessional teamwork, the third will outline strategies for fostering a productive preceptor-learner relationship, and the fourth will guide the development of education plans with learners that reflect course objectives and learning goals.
